PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to give incentives to the construction sector and also issued a statement.
According to details, more incentives will now be given to the construction sector in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The statement said that taxes on construction industries have been reduced.
According to the announcement, 2% tax will be levied on land registration instead of 6%.
The KP government has also abolished capital valuation and registration fees in the province. Stamp duty, including local government tax, will also be abolished.
The declaration was issued by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Revenue. Officials in the relevant departments have welcomed the government’s decision. He said that the move would lead to development of the sector.
