Talking to Muhammad Ali of Future Properties, it was confirmed that prices have increased steadily in Bahria Town. The commercial plots are available in 5 marlas, 1 kanal and 4 kanal. The prices are as follows. For the 5-marla plot, prices range from PKR 40,000,000 to PKR 70,000,000. A 1-kanal plot will cost you between PKR 250,000,000 to PKR 300,000,000. The 4-kanal plot can be obtained for PKR 350,000,000 to PKR 400,000,000.
Located on Sohrab Katrak Road and extending all the way to Toll Plaza Karachi, Scheme 33 is a large expanse that is home to multiple housing societies. It is a project by the Karachi Development Authority (KDA). The project is located in close proximity to Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town and is surrounded by various important developments, such as Gulistan-e-Jauhar and Malir Cantonment. For the 200 sq yard size, the prices range from PKR 120,000,000 – PKR 250,000,000 depending on the location. The difference is due to some of the plots being located in a developed area.
DHA City Karachi
DHA City Karachi spans a huge area in the significantly less inhabited suburbs of the city along the Karachi-Hyderabad Motorway (M9). DHA City has been slowly gaining momentum since last month as it jumped up a spot to claim the fourth position in our rankings.
