The Sindh High Court adjourned the hearing till February 25, ordering the NAB to publish a new advertisement in seven days in a case related to payment of dues to the victims of Fazaia Housing Scheme.
During the hearing of the case related to payment of dues to the victims of Fazaia Housing Scheme in the Sindh High Court, the NAB prosecutor stated that so far 4100 victims have applied for the money and the money is being given to the victims as per the court order. So far, checks of 3693 victims have been prepared. The court, while giving a remix, said that the new advertisement should be published so that all the victims could get their dues.
Remember that the Sindh High Court had ordered the accused Tanveer Ahmed and Bilal Tanveer of Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi to return the money to the victims within six months. On which the Directorate of State Projects of Pakistan Air Force welcomed the decision of the Sindh High Court while at the same time made significant efforts for the benefit of the victims of this scheme and also assured them to support them till the full refund of the victims.
