The National Assembly has been told that under the new Pakistan Housing Scheme, loans for construction of housing for low-income people will be exempt from interest.
So far, more than 11 crore 59 lakh have been released for New Pakistan Housing Scheme’s advertisement.
During interim questions in the National Assembly on Friday, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan said that 2,393 applicants have been registered in 295 days.
On request from Nadra, Rs. 250 is received. Under the new Pakistan Housing Project, low-income housing will be provided to low-income people.
He told, more than Rs. 11.65 million has been spent on the advertisement of NADRA for New Pakistan Housing Program.
